01

Review activity on the same site network

Use the listed cameras and recorder to review events and export an authorized clip. Camera views, access permissions, usable storage, and recording retention are tested for the actual site.

02

Put Business Command to work

Network + cameras on one platform, in one rack. Designed for offices with security needs, retail, light industrial. The starting scope is up to ~10,000 sq ft · ~60 devices; the item quantities below define the build and the survey confirms suitability.

03

Open or refresh a location

Connect the computers, printers, payment terminals, and other endpoints within the listed device and cable allowance. The site survey confirms paths and placement.

04

Separate staff and guest access

Provide distinct network access for business operations and visitors, with policies agreed before configuration. Guest access does not provide access to private business records.

05

Build a foundation for new systems

Prepare documented switch ports and wireless service for future cameras, phones, handhelds, and internal applications. Additional endpoints and software are scoped separately.

Build it around your operation

Choose your technology options.

Keep the starting scope or ask us to adapt the complete implementation. Alternative equipment and added work receive a revised quote; these selections do not change the displayed starting price.

Hubbell jacks are matched to the approved rapid termination tool. Panduit panels use their specified compatible terminations; Mini-Com panels do not imply universal Hubbell jack fit. Existing links and new materials are surveyed before reuse or substitution.

From planning to daily use

A working system, handed over.

01

Confirm the site and scope

Verify up to ~10,000 sq ft · ~60 devices, actual quantities, access, and the assumptions behind Business Command.

02

Prepare and configure

Confirm exact orderable parts, stage configurations, label the equipment, and coordinate installation.

03

Prove the working system

Exercise the agreed use cases and failure/recovery checks; record results and resolve exceptions.

04

Hand over ownership

Review documentation, administrator access, training, warranty, and the written support boundaries with the customer.

Set the right expectations

What we confirm together.

Before we start

  • ISP service and handoff location
  • Floor plan, endpoint counts, and staff/guest access policy
  • Usable cable routes, mounting access, power, and an approved cutover window
  • Measured PoE loads and wireless coverage requirements

Outside the starting scope

  • ISP subscriptions and carrier construction
  • Business applications, phone service, or camera/access systems unless listed
  • Additional outlets, fiber, lifts, electrical work, and unusual pathways

Ways to expand

  • More access points and certified data outlets
  • Cameras, controlled doors, and business voice
  • Servers, inventory handhelds, and recurring monitoring

Price and service boundaries

  • Planning prices are confirmed in a written scope before work or recurring billing begins. Existing signed agreements keep their agreed terms.
  • Hardware, third-party licenses, tax and separately scoped work are included only where expressly listed. Changes require an approved price before work proceeds.
  • Installation planning prices assume standard access and a site within about a one-hour drive of our Huntsville office. Additional delivery costs for other locations are quoted before approval; saving a jobsite does not add them to this package total.
  • Standard cable runs allow up to 150 feet per run in accessible indoor pathways, mounting up to 12 feet, termination, labels and the agreed test report. Lifts, conduit, trenching, difficult access and extended runs are separately scoped.
  • Compatible Hubbell outlets and Panduit rack options are specified by exact part number. Cable rating, test method, storage retention and warranty are confirmed in the final bill of materials and acceptance scope.
  • Published networking package matching uses the value-component configuration. Preferred Hubbell/Panduit components are available through a revised equipment schedule and project price; they are not silently substituted into a different bill of materials.
